This seasons wellness workshop will be held as an intuitive and nurturing moment for you to introduce yourself or get back to the practice of peace and meditation.
Gathering place is in nature @ Sarah P Duke Garden , Durham NC , Sunday October 17th 2021 at 11am , where we will have a 1 hr flow followed by a light lunch with refreshments and of course engage in connection and conversation.
Flow is led by Kai, a yoga & meditation instructor of color from @NCMoonMeditation
For those who aren’t able to attend in person the yoga portion will be live streamed via Instagram.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE :
At 11am sharp the day of the workshop, we will gather at the parking lot of the garden to all walk to our spot in the park .
This park is fairly large and will make it easy to navigate. If you miss our parking lot meet up, please leave your number at checkout
so I can video send the directions for meet up to you the morning of .
Kai will begin leading the yoga flow at approximately 11:15am. The flow is 1 hr long.
Light refreshments ( wraps, fruit, and drinks ) will be served after meditation is wrapped up.
Stay as long as you can or until we all ready to go .
Rules & Notes:
Please bring your own reusable water bottle to ensure hydration before refreshments are served.
Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga carpet, blankets foam rollers, or blocks to accommodate your practice.
Do Not bring any folding chairs or tables, the garden does not allow it.
Please dress comfortable for your practice.
If you are very attractive to mosquitoes please please wear a misquote repellent. There always seems to be a few flying around but hopefully not much if it’s a cooler day .
